Angels Assistance Program Disclaimer

"This program relies on the integrity of its participants. SingleRose, Inc. does not guarantee that you will be adopted and does not guarantee that if you are adopted, your "Angel" will supply gifts for your family. We simply provide the connection. We believe that in general most people who participate in these types of assistance programs are good-hearted, well-intentioned individuals. However, we're all human and things might happen where Angels are unable to fulfill their commitment."

By submitting information about yourself as a donor or family in need and clicking the "I Agree" button, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

For families in need:

1. You certify that your representations are true and correct.
2. You will hold harmless, defend and indemnify SingleRose, Inc. against any and all claims, suits, liabilities or damages that result, directly or indirectly, from any misrepresentations you make about yourself or your family.
3. You will hold harmless SingleRose, Inc. against any and all claims, suits, liabilities or damages in the event that you fail to receive any donation you were pledged, or in the event that any donation you receive causes, directly or indirectly, any damages or liabilities.
4. Information you submit will be available for view by persons viewing the Angels page. This information will include your name, e-mail address, and the names, ages, and genders of your children. If you choose "Any Gift," then your mailing address will also be available for view.

For donors:

1. You will fulfill your pledge.
2. Information you submit will remain confidential if you choose "Anonymous" on the adoption page. Otherwise, information you submit will be available to persons viewing the Angels page.
3. You will hold harmless SingleRose, Inc. against any and all claims, suits, liabilities or damages arising from the misrepresentations of an individual or individuals claiming to be a family in need.

For both donors and families in need:

1. Information submitted to the Angels Program will not be sold or transferred.
2. SingleRose, Inc. does not warrant that the information submitted by donors or families in need is true or correct. SingleRose, Inc. will not be liable to any party for liabilities or damages resulting, directly or indirectly, from the use or reliance by any party upon this information.
3. SingleRose, Inc. makes no warranties or guarantees concerning the gifts, products or services donated under the Angels Program.
