The SingleRose Angel Assistance Program, which links Single Mother families (members of our website) with big-hearted "Angels", is now in its seventh year. It is unique in that all proceeds and gifts go directly to the families. SingleRose.com, the Nation's leading online resource designed specifically for Single Mothers, provides the online connection between the families and the Angels. The results from last year give testimony to the success of the program. Below are notes from two Recipients of last year's program.

"Dear Angels, This is a short letter to let you know that we have been adopted by Ally.  My name is Marcia C.   Ally sent our  family $50.00 by mail in the form of a money order. You might like to know that she informed me that her father just died recently.  I will be sending her a Christmas card with a thank you note in it. I also e-mailed her today, and thanked her for the generous and thoughtful gift.  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you.  Thank you for providing such a needed and wonderful program to benefit single moms.  We lost our house in a fire November 20, 2000.  Our computer melted in the fire.  I heard about your program and decided to apply for angel assistance.  Maybe next year I will be able to sponsor someone or some family that had a disaster during the holidays.  Our house is going to be re-built.  We might be able to move back in in 6 to 8 months from now.  Thank you again for your support! "I had moved into a new place on the weekend of Christmas this year and needless to say there would be no Christmas for my kids.  I explained to them that the Lord had made a way for each of my two children to have their own room and that should be enough as they are a 12 year old girl and a 6 year old boy.  They had accepted their "year long present" with joy and were not expecting much else. Thanks to Haley "our Angel" my kids not only had a added surprise but could pick it themselves. There are truly Angels all around. Thanks for all the letters of encouragement that I have read and shared through out the year. It is always helpful to see I am not "the only one."
